  The "First Phase of the Lean Operations Management Performance Improvement Project" was officially launched on November 16, 2020, by Jiada Printing and Packaging Group in partnership with Shanghai Realscheme Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The launch ceremony took place at the Zhongshan Jiada Kose Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd., which is located near Zhuhai. Senior leaders from both sides attended the event, including Zhao Jun, General Manager of Jiada Packaging Group, Gao Yongfeng, Production Director, and key members of the Shanghai Realscheme Consulting core team, all of whom gathered to lay the foundation for the successful implementation of the project.
