These systems create an Industrial 4.0 standard smart factory that integrates both hardware and software. However, Kava has never stopped innovating and learning, continually exploring new paths. Mr. Wang understands that advanced equipment requires high-quality talent to realize its maximum value and management benefits. After several rounds of rigorous selection, Kava finally chose Shanghai Realscheme Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as a long-term strategic partner for management enhancement. Earlier this year, under the leadership of Ms. Zhou Xiaoqing, the Realscheme consulting team initiated the project and tailored a comprehensive "Lean Operations Management Performance Enhancement" implementation plan for Kava. Based on Kava's five-year development plan, the Realscheme consulting team, together with Kava's management, reshaped the company's market positioning and brand strategy, designed an organizational structure that aligned with the corporate strategy, and established a new and improved performance and compensation "system" to ensure a fair, scientific, and reasonable evaluation of labor value across departments and positions. This solid foundation enables the construction of a high-efficiency organization, where employees truly feel that "pay has standards, promotions have pathways, careers have direction, development has motivation, and there is hope in their hearts!"

They established departmental management reports and meeting tracking mechanisms, introduced lean production cost control models, implemented fast line changeovers, standard working hours, value stream management, and Kanban management. They also developed reward and penalty mechanisms for quality and efficiency losses, and with Kava's existing information management platform, they comprehensively enhanced the company's overall management efficiency.
