[Job Responsibilities]


1.Responsible for market development of consulting projects, identifying customer resources and potential consulting opportunities based on the company’s services, researching and understanding the in-depth needs of clients, drafting or reviewing consulting project proposals, explaining solutions to clients, and completing client contract signings.

2.Responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring good cooperative relationships with key clients, and focusing on long-term client development to provide professional management improvement recommendations as a strategic partner for clients.

[Job Requirements]

2.Over 10 years of working experience, with management-level experience in medium to large-sized enterprises in China or above.

3.Extensive experience in corporate management consulting, having successfully implemented multiple consulting projects in areas such as strategy, marketing, internal operations, human resources, or process optimization.

4.Specialize in 1–2 fields of corporate management with in-depth understanding of related areas.
