 Daily Responsibilities of a Realscheme Campus Ambassador

Brand Spokesperson:Promote the Realscheme brand and culture, enhancing the brand’s reputation and appeal among students on campus.

Talent Recruiter:Utilize your campus-specific connections and resources to recommend outstanding peers to join Realscheme. Help your classmates and friends by providing timely information and support about Realscheme's recruitment process and job opportunities.

Community Manager:Build and operate the Realscheme Campus Ambassador community. Address and solve questions from students about the recruitment process, actively listen to their feedback, and provide suggestions for improvement to enhance the recruitment experience.

Event Organizer:Promote Realscheme's recruitment updates and assist with the planning and execution of both online and offline activities.
