Background of Establishment:
China's printing and packaging industry has integrated into the global supply chain and is now competitive worldwide. In particular, domestic printing and packaging equipment has gradually gained recognition in the international market. The international market plays a crucial role in the high-quality and sustainable development of China's packaging industry.
The global pandemic and events such as the economic decoupling from the U.S. are reshaping the global supply chain, creating barriers for Chinese printing and packaging companies' exports and market expansion. However, these challenges have strengthened the industry's resolve to innovate and reshape the supply chain, making internationalization and sustainable development more urgent than ever. Meanwhile, under the new conditions of international trade cooperation, overseas clients have raised higher demands for Chinese partners' overseas service and operational capabilities. Domestic printing and packaging equipment enterprises face a series of challenges such as information, channels, talent, and compliance in the international market, urgently requiring the support of specialized and internationalized supply chain service platforms.
Shanghai Realscheme Enterprise Management Consulting, a leading professional and international company in China's printing and packaging industry, has led the establishment of the China-Europe International Supply Chain Technology Innovation Center with the support of industry organizations and partners. The center aims to expand the trade channels for the China-Europe international supply chain and enhance the international competitiveness of China's printing and packaging equipment, materials, and companies. The focus is on assisting Chinese printing and packaging equipment manufacturers in expanding international channels and establishing after-sales service systems.
The China-Europe International Supply Chain Technology Innovation Center has received strong support from the European Label Association, European Corrugated Box Association, well-known German brands and design companies, the German Packaging Institute, as well as packaging industry associations from Germany, Poland, Turkey, and other countries. Cooperation agreements have been signed to ensure the sustainable development of the innovation center. All parties will work together to build a sustainable platform for sourcing equipment. The center is headquartered in Shanghai, with collaborative agencies in Germany, Poland, Turkey, and Brazil, operating locally.

Building overseas market sales channels for Chinese printing and packaging equipment, including narrow web label presses, post-packaging equipment such as box gluing, die-cutting equipment, gift box manufacturing equipment, lid-and-base box equipment, finishing equipment, wide-format flexo presses, digital presses, digital post-processing equipment, flexo plates, prepress flexo equipment, offset CTP plates, and prepress equipment.
Building overseas market sales channels for raw materials in the Chinese printing and packaging industry, including paper (including specialty paper), gold and silver card paper, laser paper, gray board, film, plastics, and hot/cold foil stamping materials.
Establishing overseas after-sales service centers, logistics centers, spare parts logistics systems, and call center systems for printing and packaging equipment and materials.
Local assembly and production of equipment in SKD and CKD formats overseas, the construction of local industrial parks, and government and tax incentives.
Overseas investments, mergers and acquisitions, market research, product development, and advanced training services, establishing the brands of Chinese goods, Chinese investments, and Chinese services.
Manufacturing and sales of overseas well-known branded packaging, props, cards, magazines, publications, and other printing and packaging and educational products in China. Import of excellent overseas vertical digital software and best practice cases into China to improve the digital management level and international competitiveness of China's printing and packaging manufacturing sector.
Signing Ceremony and Procurement Sourcing Shanghai Summit:
This Procurement Sourcing Shanghai Summit has received support from relevant government agencies, industry organizations, and partners in Shanghai. Over 100 people, including representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shanghai Municipal Government, industry associations, special guests, equipment company representatives, materials company representatives, and printing and packaging companies, will attend. During the summit, European representatives will introduce the latest trends in packaging development in the European market for 2023, business analysts will share the latest authoritative international market research data, overseas client representatives will discuss European sourcing demands and business opportunities, and the Innovation Center Organizing Committee will introduce its operational mechanism, rules, and related benefits.
After the summit, a celebratory dinner will be held at the hotel venue. Attendees will further discuss cooperation intentions, strengthen connectivity, and achieve win-win collaboration.
